The BFT KUSTOS BT B40 KIT automation set is an electromechanical system with 24 V telescopic drives for swing gates weighing up to 700 kg and leaf lengths up to 4 m. A reliable solution for intensive use and large structures.

The KUSTOS BT B40 KIT is equipped with top-mounted telescopic drives with magnetic limit switches, ensuring precise positioning and simplifying installation. The rod stroke is up to 330 mm (expandable up to 355 mm), and an opening angle of up to 124° allows adapting the system to various installation conditions. 24 V technology guarantees stable operation under high intensity. The ZARA BT A80 control board in a protective enclosure supports setup via DIP switches and trimmers, provides memory for up to 128 users, and implements signal protection via U-Security technology. The system utilizes the VERDE energy-saving mode, supports integration via U-Link, and allows connecting additional safety devices. It features soft start and slowdown to reduce mechanical stress, as well as support for BBT BAT CBOX FLAT backup battery connection. An electric lock is recommended for gate leaves over 3 m.
